Terms & Conditions
Taxes: Taxes (V.A.T. 24%, L.C.T. 2%) are included in the prices.
Age requirement: Drivers must be over 21 years old for cars and over 24 years old for the other vehicles.
Driving license: Is required a valid international driving license for at least one year.
Payment method: We accept credit/debit cards or cash in euro at the beginning of the rental period.
Gasoline consumption: Gas is payable by the renter, who is responsible to return the vehicle with the same lever of gas, when the rentals period began. No refund in case of incorrectly overfilling off fuel. Οn the contrary (less than it starts), a financial contribution will have to be given
Insurance: All authorized drivers are covered against theft and fire. In case of an accident, the renter is responsible to collect the accordingly evidence and obligated to inform the company promptly. The renters are not insured under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc or if the cars driving by an unauthorized person. Any vehicle which used on a substandard road (off-road) is not insured.
• Cars: Cars have full comprehensive insurance with an excess amount, depend on the vehicle category.
• Bikes: Bikes have third party insurance with excess for all the damage of the bike.
Traffic fines: Any fine originated from violations of the Greek Traffic Law is payable by the renter. In case of number-plates removal, the renter is obligated to pay the fine for the whole period that the car is not used.
Delivery-Collection: Delivery and collection are provided on request.
Baby seats: Baby seats are available on request.
Gps: Gps is available on request.
Miles: Free-unlimited kilometers.
Extra driver: Additional driver can add on request.
Vehicle use: It is strictly prohibited to transport heavy goods-flammable materials-illegal things, to have more people than allowed, to give it to someone else or to take part in any kind of race. If renters make badly managed of vehicles, the company has the right to remove the vehicle from the renter without any refund.
Rental Period: The minimum rental period is three days. The next 30minutes are free and after that there is a charge for every extra hour with the 1/5 of the daily rate. This period stopped the next morning at 8am if anything else hasn’t been agreed.
Fleet availability: Cars & Bikes types displayed are examples only and the actual model rented might be a different model of similar specification. The company reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.
Keys:In case of losing the keys,the renter is obligated to pay for the replacement.
Ferry restrictions: In order to transport the vehicle by the ferry, it’s necessarily a written signed agreement with the company.
